The competition is limited - most people will stay put until after the new year especially if they are currently employed and in no danger of losing their job.
It is common knowledge that January is prime hiring season - so by starting your search during the month of December it will give you the leg up.
Some seasonal jobs can often lead to permanent work - make sure the management team is aware that you are interested in staying with the organization.
So don't delay - Start right away..... You should be able to squeeze it in between all of the shopping. Remember.... Setting up now for the new year can start 2021 off right....
